Our proposed adult social program, Konnects Kare, is a groundbreaking initiative that addresses the unique needs of low-income families with individuals that live with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Our program will provide a comprehensive range of services, including employment training, support, and amenities, to empower individuals with IDD to thrive in their daily lives.
